    ROTATING TAPS

Tap #1: Märzen Lager by Chuckanut Brewery, 5.8%, 25IBU

Chuckanut marzen has a balance between a bread like, malty, juicy sweetness and a firm bitterness that makes it traditional and tantalizing! Its smoothness is created by an extra long cold conditioning of 2-6 months.

    Bellingham, WA

Tap #2: Spiced Pecan Cider by Lost Giants Cider Co. 6.9%, NA IBU

This cider is reminiscent of spiced apple butter with tart apples softened by creamy pecans.

    Yakima, WA

Tap #3: Veni Vidi Vici Italian Pilsner by Larrabee Lager Company 5.3%, 15 I

Veni Vidi Vici: I came, I saw I conquered! An unmistakably hop forward double dry hopped lager, this Italian-style Pilsner showcases the beautiful
hop flavors and aromas of the German grown Hallertau Saphire hop. A pillowy smooth malt body with low bitterness supports amplified, yet nuanced, notes of wildflowers, candied white grapes, orange blossom honey, and lemon zesty.

     Bellingham, WA

Tap #4: Fresh IPA By Fort George Brewery 6.4%, 20 IBU

Full of bright, zesty fresh Strata, Fresh IPA (2025) has been finely tuned and perfectly calibrated to go well with the end of summer, the beginning of the hop harvest, shorter days, longer nights, an increase in spiders and a decrease in sunburns.
From the bine, to the can, to your taste buds in just a matter of days, Fresh IPA is best consumed FRESH. Astoria, OR

Tap #5: 7 Seas IPA by Brewing 5.9%, 75 IBU

An extremely delicate, yet heavily concentrated blend of 7 quality hops.  Tacoma, WA

Tap #6: Outlaw Light by Tivoli Brewing, 4.2%, 10 IBU

A crisp and easy-drinking domestic light lager that you can drink any time of any day. Denver, CO

Tap #7: Fresh Hop Shelter and Haze by Stemma Brewing Co. 5.5%, 25 IBU

Fresh hop variant of Shelter and Haze. Bellingham, WA

    Tap #8:Oktoberfest by Founders, 6.0%, 20 IBU

Blink and you’ll think you’re in Bavaria. We went all in on tradition with our Oktoberfest, using imported German malts and hops with a beautiful lager yeast for the finish. Pours a gorgeous copper hue with a rich, malty and slightly sweet backbone.  Grand Rapids, MI

Tap #9: Garden Party Hefe by Stemma Brewing Co. 5.0%, 10 IBU

A traditional German-style Hefeweizen. Clove forward with subtle hints of banana, citrus and mild sweetness.  Bellingham, WA

Tap #10: Fresh Squeezed IPA by Deschutes Brewery 6.4%, 60 IBU

This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don't worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer. Bend, OR

Tap #11: Fresh Hop Topcutter IPA by Bale Breaker Brewing Co. 6.8%, 70 IBU

For the first time ever, we're releasing Fresh Hop Topcutter IPA to capture that magic in every sip. Brewed minutes after the fresh Simcoe® hops were picked from our family's farm, this special-edition of our flagship IPA bursts with the signature pine, citrus, and stone fruit character of Topcutter, but with an extra juicy vibrance and resinous depth that only fresh hops can deliver. We brewed it fresh. You better drink it fresh. Yakima, WA

Tap #12: Black Boar Porter by San Juan Island Brewing Co., 4.50%, 20 IBU

Named for the San Juan's Pig War of the mid-1800s where the only casualty happened to be a British pig — Black Boar Porter is a traditional English Porter characterized by its mild roast, caramel sweetness, and a slightly creamy mouthfeel.  Friday Harbor, WA

Cabernet Sauvignon by Milbrandt Family Wines

Aromas of black fruit. Opens with notes of black cherry and boysenberry. The mid palate is layered with notes of black tea, herb and spice. Balanced and concentrated wine with a smooth and lasting finish.

    Red Blend by 1889

Big bold fruit with hints of baking spices.  Ripe red berries on the palate with mint, herb and a hint of mocha. Balanced with a long finish.

    Bordeaux Rosé by Atlantique

Pale pink, yet vibrant in the classic French style. There is plenty of wild strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose. The palate is deliciously fresh, elegant and soft with crisp acidity. Generous fruit flavors, but delightfully dry.

Tangerine, lemon, green apple, orange blossom, honeydew, citrus pith, Asian pear.

Simply Riesling by Milbrandt Family Wines

Off dry Riesling that is crisp and refreshing with a clean minerality. Aromas and flavors of white peach, apricot and pear fill the palate. Carries on to a long, refreshing, lime accented finish.

Ryan Patrick Naked Chardonnay by Milbrandt Family Wines

A dlightful balance of flavors starting with refreshing acidity of fresh sliced granny smith apples, followed by a creamy texture of white pear and touch of honeydew melon. Subtle hints of vanilla finishing with a crisp clean mineral note.

Ryan Patrick Sauvignon Blanc by Milbrandt Family Wines

Tropical notes of guava, passion fruit and mango on the nose. Crisp flavors of lemon zest, citrus blossom and melon round out the palate with a clean refreshing finish.
