D’s Wicked Cider Baked Apple is a premium, artisanal crafted hard apple cider, off-dry with just a hint of spice. Baked Apple hosts the flavors of Red Delicious, Honey Crisp and Granny Smith apples, finishing with a perfect touch of allspice and cinnamon. Aromas of ripe stone fruit and delicate floral notes lead the way. Rich Washington-grown plums bring a vibrant ruby-toned fruitiness balanced by crisp apple acidity. Subtle tannins and a dry finish give it structure while the natural sweetness of the plum lingers just enough to invite another sip. 

Yakima, WA

Mellifluous is a sour smoothie style beer loaded up with strawberry, raspberry, banana, apricot, and blood orange. 

Portland, OR

Our last fresh hop of the season. We visited our friends at @cornerstoneranches in Toppenish, WA to retrieve freshly harvested Simcoe that we then dosed with frozen fresh @yakimachief Cryo. This beer is 100% Simcoe, and 100% happiness. 

Bellingham, WA

This New England IPA is loaded with huge amounts of whole leaf hops in the whirlpool, giving the beer intense hop characters but leaving us with an impression of bitterness that is medium-low, soft, and well-integrated. It has a hazy malt base. The hop characters are tropical, juicy, and resinous.

Bremerton, WA

 A true original, featuring Washington- grown malty fermented with a lager strain at warmer ale temperatures, resulting in a beer that is light, crisp, and easy drinking with a biscuit and bready malty profile and very subtle pine and citrus hop notes.

Bow, WA

Named for the ski lodge atop our local White Pass Ski Resort, this apres-ski sipper warms from the inside out with aromas of caramel, coffee, citrus, and pine. Taking our signature hop-forward style to the dark side with the addition of chocolate and rye malts, this balanced IPA is dry-hopped with Mosaic®, Simcoe®, and HBC 630.

2024 World Beer Cup Gold winner! Dragontail is a modern take on the West Coast IPA, with a blend of hops that bring out notes and aromas of juicy citrus, sweet peach, and honeydew melon. The malts provide a smooth mouthfeel while letting the character of the hops shine through. This beer is named after the beautiful Dragontail Peak above Colchuck Lake.

Astoria, OR

 This beer is mild yet complex in its delivery. The hop presence is noticed by subtle flavors of pineapples that meld beautifully with the slightly spicy and minty character derived from the use of Rye malt. A somewhat recently pioneered style, this Pacific Ale is delivered unfiltered to accentuate its fresh farm to glass, unprocessed, organic qualities. 

 Bellingham, WA

Pours black with a tan head. Sweet nose with chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops. Cozy like velvet. A lover, not a fighter. 

Grand Rapids, MI

 Aromas of black fruit. Opens with notes of black cherry and boysenberry. The mid palate is layered with notes of black tea, herb and spice. Balanced and concentrated wine with a smooth and lasting finish. 

 Big bold fruit with hints of baking spices.  Ripe red berries on the palate with mint, herb and a hint of mocha. Balanced with a long finish. 

 Pale pink, yet vibrant in the classic French style. There is plenty of wild strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose. The palate is deliciously fresh, elegant and soft with crisp acidity. Generous fruit flavors, but delightfully dry. 

 Tangerine, lemon, green apple, orange blossom, honeydew, citrus pith, Asian pear.

 Off dry Riesling that is crisp and refreshing with a clean minerality. Aromas and flavors of white peach, apricot and pear fill the palate. Carries on to a long, refreshing, lime accented finish. 

 A dlightful balance of flavors starting with refreshing acidity of fresh sliced granny smith apples, followed by a creamy texture of white pear and touch of honeydew melon. Subtle hints of vanilla finishing with a crisp clean mineral note. 

 Tropical notes of guava, passion fruit and mango on the nose. Crisp flavors of lemon zest, citrus blossom and melon round out the palate with a clean refreshing finish. 

 WE NOW HOST "CHARCUTERIE DELLY," and are happy to provide some food while you enjoy some of our wonderful beverages! Currently, we carry a 2-Person Charcuterie Board, Chicken Salad Sandwich with fixin's, and a Charcuterie Cup with plenty of goodies to sate you for a while! Come in and enjoy!
