Gose-style Sour Ale brewed with Key Lime Puree. Tart, Fruity, and Refreshing
1904 IPA features a lineup of classic hop varieties; Cascade, Centennial, and Fuggle, all grown at Goschie Farms. A touch of Simcoe from nearby Woodburn, Oregon provides a clean bittering foundation, while a final dry hop with Cryo Pop amplifies notes of citrus and pine. Brewed with Skagit Valley Malts and Citra hops from Yakima Valley. Medium body and sweetness combined with hop flavors of blood orange, mango, and grapefruit make for a juicy treat. Bellingham, WA

Crisp, clean and endlessly refreshing, Premium Pilsner is well-balanced with a light hop character. It’s subtle, yet refined, with lightly floral aromas, smooth mouthfeel, and satisfying finish. Brewed with Noble hops in the international style, you’re holding an easy-drinking beer that’s as fresh as the waters from which it was born.
Hop forward with citrus fruit aromas and notes of orange and grapefruit, our Summer IPA has a medium light body and a slightly bitter finish. A perfect beer for the warmest season of the year.
Coco Jones starts off as a rich brown porter with flavors of caramel and chocolate. It is then aged for a short period of time on freshly toasted coconut to bring the best of the coconut into the beer to harmonize with the dark malt and light hops. Woodinville, WA
Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected. Aromas of black fruit. Opens with notes of black cherry and boysenberry. The mid palate is layered with notes of black tea, herb and spice. Balanced and concentrated wine with a smooth and lasting finish.
Big bold fruit with hints of baking spices. Ripe red berries on the palate with mint, herb and a hint of mocha. Balanced with a long finish.
Pale pink, yet vibrant in the classic French style. There is plenty of wild strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose. The palate is deliciously fresh, elegant and soft with crisp acidity. Generous fruit flavors, but delightfully dry.
Tangerine, lemon, green apple, orange blossom, honeydew, citrus pith, Asian pear.
Off dry Riesling that is crisp and refreshing with a clean minerality. Aromas and flavors of white peach, apricot and pear fill the palate. Carries on to a long, refreshing, lime accented finish.
A dlightful balance of flavors starting with refreshing acidity of fresh sliced granny smith apples, followed by a creamy texture of white pear and touch of honeydew melon. Subtle hints of vanilla finishing with a crisp clean mineral note.
Tropical notes of guava, passion fruit and mango on the nose. Crisp flavors of lemon zest, citrus blossom and melon round out the palate with a clean refreshing finish.
