About Barley & Brew

Barley and Brew is VETERAN OWNED, and our mission is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for EVERYONE. We aim to connect local businesses, residents, and travelers, allowing them to share their daily experiences while enjoying locally crafted beverages. We do our level best to keep stock of whatever it takes to whet your whistle!

We are DOG FRIENDLY so bring your pup and enjoy a frosty with their company! Additionally, we welcome all OUTSIDE FOOD--even the Flintstone's Brontosaurus ribs!

    Tap #1: Pacific Berry Cider by Portland Cider; 6.5%, NA IBU

    This luscious and refreshing cider is a flawless example of the Pacific Northwest-grown marionberries, raspberries, and apples, our cider makers expertly craft for just the right combination of sweet and tart .

    Tap #2: Lavender Honey Cider by 2 Towns Ciderhouse, 5.3%, NA IBU

    Bright, breezy, and ready to boogie, Guava Get Down channels beach-day vibes with a Northwest twist. Pink guava puree brings a lush, tropical aroma to a base of fresh-pressed Northwest apples, for a funky-fresh cider with a rhythm all its own.

    Tap #3: Triple Berry Shake by Great Notion Brewing, 10.0%, NA IBU

    Triple Berry Shake is the biggest and baddest of all of our shake series of tart ales fermented with black currant, blackberry, blueberry, and finished with vanilla.

    Tap #4: Samish Bay West Coast IPA by Terramar Brewing, 7.2%, 10IBU

    Crisp West Coast IPA with grapefruit, lush floral, fresh citrus and tropical fruit notes. 

    Bow, WA

    Tap #5: Vienna-Style Lager by Chuckanut Brewery. 5.5%, 22 IBU

    Brewed with half Vienna malts creating a delicate malt aroma with a slightly caramelized and toasted malt character. The beer finishes clean and crisp. Chuckanut Vienna Lager won a Gold Medal at the national Great American Beer Festival 2009, 2010, and a Silver Medal in 2012.

    Tap #6: Party Duck Hazy IPA by Larrabee Lager Co., 6.2%, 10 IBU

    Our haziest hazy to ever haze! Party Duck strolls into any celebration boasting a soft, juicy, and pillowy smooth mouthfeel - the perfect courier for huge hop expressions of tangerine citrus, sweet peach, and candied melon. Get the party started with a glass of Party Duck today. Now available on draft in the taproom.

    Tap #7: Northtown Pilsner by Larrabee Lager Co. 5.1%, 10 IBU

    Pour is clear and crisp. A finger of head supports a very mild aroma of floral and a hint of biscuit dough. Taste is a pronounced but not dominant bitterness with a malty floor.

    Tap #8: Heidelberg Lager by 7 Seas Brewery, 4.0%, 18 IBU

    Washington's only locally brewed throw-back lager. Established in 1912, resurrected in 2021. 

     Tacoma, WA

    Tap #9: Phaser Hazy IPA by Ecliptic Brewing Co. 6.5%, 45 IBU

    Juicy and unfiltered, Phaser Hazy IPA stuns with a lively array of fruity hop notes. Phaser features Citra, Azacca, Mosaic, Motueka, and Calypso hops.

    Tap #10: Fa La La La La Winter Ale by Double Mountain Brewery 5.5%, 18 IBU

    T’is the season for a big, malty hop bomb...We’ve loaded our inaugural holiday brew up with enough Centennials to fill Santa’s toy bag. Cheers to hoppy beers! Brewed with Gambrinus Organic Pilsner and Munich malt, imported crystal malts and Centennial hops.

    Tap #11: Kitten Feathers Winter Ale by Black Raven Brewing, 7.0%, 35 IBU

    We teamed up with our friends at Kulshan Brewing to put a new spin on their beloved winter warmer, Kitten Mittens. The result? Kitten Feathers — a fruited winter ale packed with PNW blackberries and raspberries that purrs with flavor.
    Rich, medium-bodied, and brimming with notes of chocolate, dates, and figs, this 7% ABV, 35 IBU ale wraps you up in warmth while that tart berry character keeps things playful.

    Tap #12: Winter Welcome Ale by Samuel Smith Brewing Co., 6.0%, 32 IB

    This seasonal beer is a limited edition brewed for the short days and long nights of winter. The full body resulting from fermentation in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’ and the luxurious malt character, which will appeal to a broad range of drinkers, is balanced against whole-dried Fuggle and Golding hops with nuances and complexities that should be contemplated before an open fire.

    Whether you're a red or white wine connoisseur, we may have what you desire.

    Cabernet Sauvignon by Milbrandt Family Wines

     Aromas of black fruit. Opens with notes of black cherry and boysenberry. The mid palate is layered with notes of black tea, herb and spice. Balanced and concentrated wine with a smooth and lasting finish. 

    Red Blend by 1889

     Big bold fruit with hints of baking spices.  Ripe red berries on the palate with mint, herb and a hint of mocha. Balanced with a long finish. 

    Rosé by Eagle Haven Winery

     Pale pink, yet vibrant in the classic French style. There is plenty of wild strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose. The palate is deliciously fresh, elegant and soft with crisp acidity. Generous fruit flavors, but delightfully dry. 

    Big Fire Pinot Gris by R. Stuart & Co.

     Tangerine, lemon, green apple, orange blossom, honeydew, citrus pith, Asian pear.

    Simply Riesling by Milbrandt Family Wines

     Off dry Riesling that is crisp and refreshing with a clean minerality. Aromas and flavors of white peach, apricot and pear fill the palate. Carries on to a long, refreshing, lime accented finish. 

    Ryan Patrick Naked Chardonnay by Milbrandt Family Wines

     A dlightful balance of flavors starting with refreshing acidity of fresh sliced granny smith apples, followed by a creamy texture of white pear and touch of honeydew melon. Subtle hints of vanilla finishing with a crisp clean mineral note. 

    Ryan Patrick Sauvignon Blanc by Milbrandt Family Wines

     Tropical notes of guava, passion fruit and mango on the nose. Crisp flavors of lemon zest, citrus blossom and melon round out the palate with a clean refreshing finish.

    We continue to stock the usual snacks such as an array of flavored chips, flavored popcorn, assorted Blue Diamond Almonds, Oberto Jerky and Bavarian Meats regular and spicy Landjaeger!

    We have limited stock remaining of HOT SAUCES that are sure to please the palette!

    Our cooler is stocked with a variety of alcohol and non-alcohol options.
