    ROTATING TAPS

Tap #1: Organic Cider by Samuel Smith Brewery; 5.0%, NA IBU

A medium dry cider with brilliant straw colour, light body, clean apple flavour and a gentle apple blossom finish. Best served at about 44°F (7°C).
Ingredients • Water, organic apple concentrate, organic cane sugar, malic acid, yeast
Samuel Smith’s makes this cider at a small, independent British brewery, the oldest brewery in Yorkshire.

    Tadcaster, North Yorkshire England

Tap #2: Moon Berries by Schilling Cider, 5.2%, NA IBU

Juicy blackberries and bright blueberries mingle with a hint of sweet french lavender and tangy, fresh-pressed PNW apples. At a sparkling 5.2%, its flavor profile is fruited and semi-sweet making this a crushable year-round cider.

    Seattle, WA

Tap #3: Watermelon Mint Tart Ale by Black Raven Brewing, 6.0%, 6 IBU

You unlock this door with the key of imagination...Beyond it is another dimension: a dimension of aroma, a dimension of mouthfeel, a dimension of taste. You're moving into a land of both tartness and fruit. You've just crossed over into...the Alternate Dimension!

Watermelon Mint blends watermelon and mint for an explosion of depth & tartness.

    Woodinville , WA

Tap #4: Enchantments Series #24 New England Hazy IPA by Icicle Brewing, 6.9

The 24th entry in our award-winning hazy IPA series features ample amounts of Eclipse, Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic hops, delivering notes and aromas of stone fruit, juicy citrus and tropical fruit medleys.

The artwork on the can is an oil painting by artist Nathan Tremlin that depicts Mount Stuart, the tallest peak in the Enchantments area, looming above the tranquil lake that shares its name.

     Leavenworth, WA

Tap #5: A Little Sumpin Sumpin IPA by Lagunitas Brewing Co. 7.5%, 52 IBU

Way smooth and silky with a nice wheatly-esque-ish-ness. A truly unique style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body. A hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans but so smooth that the hefeweizen fans dig it too.

    Petaluma, CA

Tap #6: Amps to 11 Pilsner by Gruff Brewing Co., 5.1, 10 IBU

Amps to 11 refers to their specific American Pilsner, a nod to the "more is better" ethos from This Is Spinal Tap, making it an "amped up" version that's zippy, citrusy, and stronger than your typical pilsner, featuring choice American malts and Simcoe hops for extra punch. It's their way of turning up the volume on a classic style, offering more flavor and intensity, fitting their fun, rock-inspired vibe.

    Bellingham, WA

Tap #7: Mountain Bound Winter IPA by Larrabee Lager Co. 7.4%, 40 IB

As a COLLABORATION WITH LUMBERBEARD BREWING: old-school hop lovers rejoice, the bountiful use of classic hops - Centennial, CTZ, Chinook, and Simcoe - gives Mountain Bound Winter IPA an intense citrus, pine and resinous hop profile, assertive bitterness, and a welcoming alcoholic warmth. A winter IPA worth Celebrating!

    Bellingham, WA

Tap #8: Mexican Style Lager by Chuckanut Breweryt, 4.7%, 20 IBU

Chuckanut’s Mexican Style Lager is a traditional Mexican style beer the color of sunshine with a light body, slightly bready malt flavor and thirst quenching finish. What makes this Mexican Style beer special is that it’s brewed in the NW  so it’s a very fresh, crystal, crispy beer! We hope it brings visions of sunshine and warmth on a cold day! Try it with a slice of lime to add a bit of fruitiness on the palette.

    Burlington, WA

Tap #9: Dawn Patrol Pacific Ale by Aslan Brewing Co. 5.5%, 18 IBU

This beer is mild yet complex in its delivery. The hop presence is noticed by subtle flavors of pineapples that meld beautifully with the slightly spicy and minty character derived from the use of Rye malt. A somewhat recently pioneered style, this Pacific Ale is delivered unfiltered to accentuate its fresh farm to glass, unprocessed, organic qualities.

    Bellingham, WA

Tap #10: Fa La La La La Winter Ale by Double Mountain Brewery 5.5%, 18 IBU

T’is the season for a big, malty hop bomb...We’ve loaded our inaugural holiday brew up with enough Centennials to fill Santa’s toy bag. Cheers to hoppy beers! Brewed with Gambrinus Organic Pilsner and Munich malt, imported crystal malts and Centennial hops.

    Hood River, OR

Tap #11: Wanning Echos American Stout by Von Ebert, 6.7%, 15 IBU

Notes of dark toasted malt, cocoa, coffee, and citrusy hops.

    Portland, OR

Tap #12: Kitten Mittens by Kulshan Brewing Co., 7.9%, 35 IBU

Kitten Mittens Winter Ale is the perfect beer for the snow and frost covered months. It is a rich, extra medium bodied beer that smells of chocolate, dates, figs and light hop fruit. The right malt flavor finished with chocolate and roast, balanced hop bitterness and light hop notes. It is dark Mahogany in color with a think dark head on top. This beer will keep you wanting more during the chilly months to come!

    Bellingham, WA
