    ROTATING TAPS

Tap #1: Lavendar Black Current Cider by Finnriver Cidery 6.5%, NA IBU

Our botanical ciders share the earthy essence of life in the fields and forests of the Olympic Peninsula. Small batch seasonal production features cider fermented on the farm, blended cider with organic black currant, and then steeped with organic lavender flowers sourced from local farms (Jardin de Soleil and Wilderbee Farms) A final addition of unrefined organic cane sugar adds depth, sweetness and flavor. Lightly carbonated. Made without gluten ingredients.

     Chimacum, WA

Tap #2: Guava Get Down Cider by 2 Towns Ciderhouse 5.3%, NA IBU

Bright, breezy, and ready to boogie, Guava Get Down channels beach-day vibes with a Northwest twist. Pink guava puree brings a lush, tropical aroma to a base of fresh-pressed Northwest apples, for a funky-fresh cider with a rhythm all its own.

    Corvallis, OR

Tap #3: Mellifluous by Great Notion Brewing, 6.3, NA IBU

Mellifluous is a sour smoothie style beer loaded up with strawberry, raspberry, banana, apricot, and blood orange.

    Portland, OR

Tap #4: Simcoe Fresh Hop IPA by Wander Brewing, 6.4, 15 IBU

Our last fresh hop of the season. We visited our friends at @cornerstoneranches in Toppenish, WA to retrieve freshly harvested Simcoe that we then dosed with frozen fresh @yakimachief Cryo. This beer is 100% Simcoe, and 100% happiness.

    Bellingham, WA

Tap #5: Whole Leaf Hazy IPA by Silver City Brewery 6.6%, 23 IBU

This New England IPA is loaded with huge amounts of whole leaf hops in the whirlpool, giving the beer intense hop characters but leaving us with an impression of bitterness that is medium-low, soft, and well-integrated. It has a hazy malt base. The hop characters are tropical, juicy, and resinous.

    Bremerton, WA

Tap #6: Rowdy & Dick Red Ale by E9 Brewing Co., 5.8, 10 IBU

     Classic British malt backbone.

     Tacoma, WA

Tap #7: Iowa Bar Fight Fresh Hop IPA by Double Mountain Brewery 6.4%, 60 IB

Fresh hop Strata collaboration with Solera

     Hood River, OR

Tap #8: Märzen by Chuckanut Brewery, 5.8%, 25 IBU

Chuckanut  Märzen has a balance between a bread like, malty, juicy sweetness and a firm bitterness that makes it traditional and tantalizing! Its smoothness is created by an extra long cold conditioning of 2-6 months.

    Bellingham, WA

Tap #9: Citra Slicker Wet Hop IPA by Bale Breaker Brewing Co. 6.2%, 60 IBU

When the hop-obsessed brewers from Seattle’s Cloudburst Brewing make their annual pilgrimage east during hop harvest, magic happens in the Yakima Valley. Crisp, aromatic, and bursting with fresh hop character, Citra Slicker is the taste of collaboration at its finest. One sip and you’ll understand why this annual tradition has become the stuff of fresh hop legend.

    Yakima, WA

Tap #10: Mirrored Realities West Coast IPA by Ft George Brewery, 7.0%, 15 I

A crisp, clear, West Coast Style hop experiment with cutting-edge hop industry developments like Nelson Amplifire Oil.

MIRRORED REALITIES is the touching tale of a wayward young brewer who could solve any hop equation, combine any number of ingredients, calculate the final gravity of a test batch with uncanny precision. The one thing he couldn’t predict? How the beer would taste.

    Astoria, OR

Tap #11: Dawn Patrol Pacific Ale by Aslan Brewing Co., 5.5%, 18 IBU

This beer is mild yet complex in its delivery. The hop presence is noticed by subtle flavors of pineapples that meld beautifully with the slightly spicy and minty character derived from the use of Rye malt. A somewhat recently pioneered style, this Pacific Ale is delivered unfiltered to accentuate its fresh farm to glass, unprocessed, organic qualities.

     Bellingham, WA

Tap #12: American Porter by Founders Brewing Co., 6.5%, 45 IBU

Pours black with a tan head. Sweet nose with chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops. Cozy like velvet. A lover, not a fighter.

    Grand Rapids, MI

Ryan Patrick Naked Chardonnay by Milbrandt Family Wines

A dlightful balance of flavors starting with refreshing acidity of fresh sliced granny smith apples, followed by a creamy texture of white pear and touch of honeydew melon. Subtle hints of vanilla finishing with a crisp clean mineral note.
